*Operation Christmas Child Shoebox Thank you for your interest in Operation Christmas Child again this year. You know what a blessing it is to bless others; this mission offers a fun way to share God's love with children around the world through a shoe box full of gifts. Instructions and labels are available inside the church at the back of the narthex, outside the church at the office entrance, and online at samaritanspurse.org/occ. Suggestions and restrictions have not changed this year, but look them over, please, to remind yourself what should and should not go into your box and how to pack it. Filled and labelled shoe boxes can be dropped off in the narthex of the church the first four Sundays of November during church services. I will be at the church the week before Thanksgiving for drop-offs: Monday the 16th through Friday the 20th at 5 to 7 pm, and Saturday the 21st at 9-11am. The very last day to drop off boxes at our church is Sunday, November 22nd during church service. Call Lisa Schwan if you have any questions! Another option for those who wish to participate but are limiting their public exposure is to build a shoe box on line at the Samaritan's Purse website (samaritanspurse.org/occ).
